“NoNa Family” LLC organizes individual and group tours to Mongolia.

HOW TO BOOK THE TOUR

1. If you want to book our tour, please click the button “Book now” and fill in the form and submit it. Or you can send an email to [email protected]  with Tour ID; Tourname, date and your personal information.
2. Once we receive your order request, we will send you an invoice.
3. A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to book and confirm this trip. Your booking confirmation contains the essential elements of your booking, such as the description of the booked travel service(s) and the price. We will send your booking confirmation and all relevant travel documents to the email address you provide when booking, after we have received the travel deposit. You can contact us by phone on +976 - 9910 2843. Please check your booking confirmation to ensure that all information is correct. If your booking confirmation contains errors, please notify us immediately.
4. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the trip.
   Payment options

• Bank Wire transfer to NoNa Family LLC bank account. (usually it takes 2-5 working days)
• Western Union - it takes a few minutes
• Cash - if needs

*Payer is responsible for all bank transfer charges

CANCELLATIONS

Tour payments are a major part of tour revenue and contribute to overall costs such as equipment, running costs, staffing and administration. We need to do this because the company will have paid most of the expenses before the trip. Cancellation fees to cover these costs.

If you cancel your trip after full payment, cancellation charges will be made:

• We refund 80% of the total service cost when you cancel 31-45 days before the start of your trip.
• We refund 70% of the  total service cost when you cancel 15-30 days before the start of your trip.
• We refund 50% of the  total service cost when you cancel 14 days or less before the start of your trip (or fail to join the tour).

*No partial refund will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing tours etc. for any reason

*Rebookings are only possible as withdrawal from the travel contract according to the table of fees above and subsequent re-registration.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

Single supplement for accommodation such as hotel room, mongolian Ger and others is available at certain charges, and your request must be informed at least 4 weeks before the tour starts.

Single supplement reservations are dependent on destination location and capacity, and will be confirmed after checking availability.

MEALS ON TOURS

Included on your tour are three meals a day, unless otherwise specified in your tour dossier (B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner).

In terms of food, when you are in the capital city, you can comfortably eat in restaurants with a choice of Mongolian, European and Asian cuisine. We try to choose our partners, we work with good friendly service and hygiene. During the camping trip and other trips, you can taste the local specialties on the way in different ways. You will also have the opportunity to eat delicious food from the kitchen of the nomad's family. Beef and sheep and goats raised on nutritious pastures are often used in cooking.

Bottled water will be given 2L per day per person during the trip.
